The Seed of a New Beginning
After we wrote last week’s post we came across a beautiful writing in The Herbal Homestead Journal that felt too perfect not to share:
This fall, make time to reflect on your life story, to paint a picture of your year past. Allow the story to recognize your gifts and accomplishments and let go of things that might be standing in the way of positive change. Make space to see your process as the seed of a new beginning and acknowledge the transformation within and around you.
