During a brief stint as a baby-sitter my charge was a good sleeper. His father said "sleep begets sleep." I am not sure if that is really true with regards to sleep, but the phrase has stuck with me ever since and I have certainly found it to be true with gratitude practices and letter writing practices. Today we offer “celebration begets celebration” to you as an encouragement to celebrate.
