Custom Menus for Wheelhouse's On Farm Dinner at Brookfield Farm

We're feeling those fall vibes and think it's about time we show you the work we've done for our friends at Wheelhouse. You're gonna hear about them in the next few posts because we've been lucky enough to do a couple rounds of custom work with them AND because they catered Kate's wedding! For now, we'll start at the beginning with our menu contribution to their On Farm Dinner.

Wheelhouse is a farm-based caterer and food truck in Amherst, Massachusetts committed to increasing access to sustainably grown produce.

Each year Wheelhouse hosts dinners on the farms where the food was grown. At these events guests hear directly from the farmers about the food growing process, from Wheelhouse chefs about their inspiration for the menu, and most importantly, get to enjoy eating the bounty of the harvest.

We excitedly attended their Feast in the Fields at Brookfield Farm last October, the farm from which Kate has a CSA share, and had the privilege of designing a menu for the evening. We kept the design simple, modern, and fresh:

But the food really stole the show. The Apple cider beignets were out of this world! Here are some of our favorite shots from the evening:

Stay tuned for more of our custom work with Wheelhouse and our eventual post about Kate's wedding!

Until the next note,
